FAQ

What are your toys made from?

We design all of our products using a 3D printer and PLA, a biodegradable, non-toxic plant-based plastic. PLA is naturally BPA free and is not made from petroleum like traditional plastics. PLA is better for the environment and considered to be one of the safest plastics for children’s toys.

How are Cureighted Co.’s toys made?

All of our toys and products are designed by us. We design our own STLs and illustrations. After we create the design, we use a 3D printer to make the toy! Our 3D printer uses PLA filament which is a biodegradable plastic. Some of our toys require assembly after they are printed while others are ready to be played with after a quick clean up of the toy right after it is finished printing.

What ages are Cureighted Co. toys designed for?

Inclusivity is at the forefront of everything we do at Cureighted Co. We believe that every child develops at their own pace. And that every child should be met exactly where they are developmentally without the pressure of where they “should be”. All of our toys can be adjusted and adapted to meet different developmental skill sets and milestones so that all children can feel included and all children can play with and learn from our toys and activities.

We  legally disclose when a toy is ages 3+ due to small parts presenting a risk of choking hazards. Adult supervision is advised for all of our products.

What are Cureighted Co.’s sustainability practices?

We use PLA, a biodegradable plant-based plastic. Due to the process of 3D printing (also called additive manufacturing), we virtually create no waste from each product made because we add and create layers from nothing to make each toy. This reduces scraps and saves material! Compared to other production methods that cut/create toys from existing materials, leaving wasted scrap material that can’t be used for anything else and needs to be disposed of!

At Cureighted Co. we make every toy to order which means our processing time is longer but it helps keep costs down for our small business and helps reduce waste since we do not create any dead stock.

We do not ship using any plastic. Our products are packaged in either reusable or recyclable packaging.

When will my order ship?

Our processing time is up to 2 weeks. We typically ship via USPS. You will receive an email with your shipping and tracking information the day that your order has been dropped off at USPS. All of our products are made to order to reduce waste.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for domestic orders of $100.00+.

What is your return policy?

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds. Once your order has started the shipping process (the pieces have been made, and order packing has started) we do not allow for cancellations. You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to your address to contact us with any issues.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at cureightedco@gmail.com. We will not discuss order concerns or issues via DM.

Can I resell your products?

Our products are no longer available for resale without written permission from us (Cureighted Co) before every intended resale purchase. (For example, if you plan to resell our counters in your sensory kits, you need to receive written permission from us before any purchase you make from our site.)

If you use our products (including but not limited to, our counters and loose parts) in any of your own products (including but not limited to, sensory kits and play dough kits) we require and expect to be tagged in every post and product listing. We are not Oriental Trading or Amazon. We spend countless hours designing these products and will expect to receive credit for our work.

We also request that if you plan on purchasing and reselling our custom designed collab pieces from other small businesses, that you reach out to that small business directly to receive permission for resale.

We reserve the right to deny sales or service to anyone who does not abide by these written guidelines.

Our Lead Toy Designer, Lukas, is Brittany’s partner of 7 years. Raised by two artists, Lukas has an incredible eye for design and can take Brittany’s wild ideas and turn them into something beautiful for your kids. Lukas is the man behind the computer, doing all of the 3D modeling and printing of each toy we create.
